Health

Health can be defined as the fitness of physical, mental, and social well-being and not having any kind of disease. Health is not only measures on the meter of physical fitness, even not only on the meter of mental fitness. Health is a state having all the constituents of being fit. Now the question arise what are the constituents of health? You doesn’t need to worry as you are at the right place, so here I go. Health is judged by three factors:
  1. Your physical strength
  2. Your mental strength
  3. Your social behavior
The constituents of health lead to the fulfillment of the above three factors. First of all, physical strength is very important. It can be defined as the physical ability to perform any physical task. It can be achieved through
  1. Nutrition
  2. Exercise
  3. Hygiene
  4. Rest
Now the next thing is mental strength. Mental strength can be defined as a person’s capacity to be self-determined. It can be judged by his/her capacity to think something, plan about something, and act upon something. Mental fitness depends on
  1. Autonomy
  2. Relatedness
  3. Competence
Finally social behavior, it is very much depend on your physical and mental health. Social behavior is defines as behavior directed towards the society. Social behavior is justified on the basis of aggression, altruism, scapegoating and shyness. It only depends on
  1. How you act on the stimulus?

Balanced diet and Excercise


Health is very important to get success in life.Healthy body leads to a healthy mind.There are many ways to keep healthy.The things that play important role in your health are:-
  1. Balanced Diet
  2. Exercise
Actually balanced diet is most important for our health but if we have great interest in eatables then what to do?if we eat more than it can't digest properly and lead to illness .But don't worry there is solution about it, we can digest our food by exercise .So i my going to start this blog about health.
