Now a days there is competition between every individuals that leads to the mental pressure it may later on lead to depression.so keeping healthy mind in every situation is a very important task and it can be maintain only with the help of meditation. So,first of all what is meditation? it is the mental exercise to maintain mind calm in the difficult situation that can hyper us and make us angry.but it doesn't ,mean that when there is a difficult situation,we start meditate to get out off it.meditation is a time consuming process ,yes it is but when the results shows you, they make you satisfy.

Types of meditation

Mindfulness Meditation

This type of meditation is about awareness of the sounds and activities happening around you. You just let your mind to flow from one thought to the next, not really focusing on one particular thing. Suppose,you have a noisy surrounding then don't block the sounds and screaming , you let your mind be aware of the sounds without becoming too focused.

Spiritual Meditation

It's based on communication with God for the people who regularly prayer. you must become calm and quiet then focus on a question or problem you have.It gives relaxation and rewarding too.

Focused Meditation

In this you have clear all the thoughts from your mind and trying to focus on a single thing.you can focus on any mantra or object.it gives great relaxation afterwards.generally prefer to focus at your mind.

Movement Meditation

Rather than focusing on still objects,here you have to focus on movements.close your eyes and trying to focus on your breath and even you can try moving your entire upper body in a slow circular motion.

Mantra Meditation

Mantras are words that are used during meditation,use mantra "Om" regularly as it delivers a deep vibration that makes it easy for the mind to concentrate on that particular sound.
