YOGA is originated in India.It is a set of mental, physical and spiritual disciplines.The word means to "unite" ,most of the people relate or understand it as a body exercise only.but it is much more then that, it actually maintain a balance between good physical,mental and spiritual health.So yoga can help us to get good health and it is very easy task .There are many type of yoga's :
  1. Bikram Yoga
    • session time:90 minutes.
    • 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
    • room temperature: 105°F (≈ 40.6°C) with a humidity of 40%.
  2. Hatha Yoga

    The procedure of Hatha Yoga is focusing on breathing and meditation.it is a very gentle approach to Yoga and good for the beginners.

  3. Vinyasa Yoga

    Vinyasa means flow,in this type of Yoga you have to flow from one pose to another pose.it is very popular in America.

  4. Kundalini Yoga

    It is totally related to the energy around our spine ,we have to realize it through Kundalini Yoga.It works on abs.

  5. Ashtanga Yoga

    The mean of ashta is eight and anga means limb so it is related to eight limb.limb is basically synonym for steps.The Ashtanga Yoga told us about how to live a meaningful life with full joy.

  6. Iyengar Yoga

    It is very similar approach of Ashtanga Yoga but in this type we have to do those eight steps for a larger time and with the proper alignment.

  7. Anusara Yoga

    Anusara Yoga is for the heart,in this type of Yoga we have to do the poses like back bends and many more.In this type we have to feel happy to our heart.

  8. Restorative Yoga

    It is related to the relaxation after the full day work load,it is very beneficial for relief from stress.You have to connect your mind with your body and feel relaxing.

  9. Jivamukti Yoga

    It is very Interesting style of Yoga founded by David and Sharon in 1984. In this type of yoga we can use music, scripture reading and chanting for our practice.
